3 Ways to Tap into Your Subconscious Beliefs About Love

  1. Journal pen to paper. Block out 20 minutes and let yourself just write in a free-flowing way, allowing your mind to wander and go down whatever pathways it chooses. See what comes up for you and if you have any aha moments about your unconscious beliefs. Stay open and curious to the process. You’ll be amazed at what you can tap into.

  2. Listen to and repeat these self love affirmations. Are any of them hard to say? Do any of them trigger you or make you uncomfortable?

  3. Check out my latest Instagram post about love. What resonates with you? What feels unattainable? Look for triggers or anything that feels confusing.

The more you untangle and heal your beliefs around love, the more clarity you’ll gain around how you want to experience love in your life.
